Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana Orange County Airport

My first room was nice but it did not have a balcony. Which I payed extra for.So we were sent to a 2nd new room,which was already occupied by another stayer…But I truly appreciate the front desk staff they fixed the problem asap and upgraded us to a even larger room with a balcony.We enjoyed our stay.I believe the 2 front desk workers are honestly amazing and very helpful.I want to personally thank them for going above and beyond making sure our stay was great.Please be kind always to the workers they are over worked and shortly staffed.

Loved the omelet station for breakfast. We always try to make sure we stay in places that offer breakfast so my daughter can get a hearty meal before tournaments. The separated bedroom and living room, my daughter had a space to do some homework as well as lots of room to get some practice in for her karate tournament.

It was a very nice room for a great price. Close to airport and beach. Breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed the bad and grill for dinner and drinks. Bed was great, room and linens very clean.
